We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Deployment Strategy Manager to design, implement, and scale customer success strategies in industrial settings. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with customers, and building the tools, frameworks, and training programs needed to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate is a high-performing generalist who thrives on problem-solving and turning data-driven insights into actionable outcomes.
Position Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Build and evolve the deployment strategy from the ground up.
- Identify value opportunities and operational levers across customer segments.
Customer Engagement & Value Delivery
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling, strategic proposals.
- Support go-live deployments and ensure structured value realization.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Develop collateral and frameworks to support ROI-focused conversations.
- Design and lead internal training programs to scale best practices and enhance delivery consistency.
- Maintain value reports and value delivery toolkits for consistent use across teams.
Operational Excellence
- Work cross-functionally across product, commercial, and technical departments to align strategies.
- Ensure delivery processes meet high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a customer-facing role with strong analytical rigor.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and geographies.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
