Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue targets
- Identify market opportunities and adjust sales tactics to remain competitive and relevant
- Lead the sales forecasting process and manage sales pipeline reporting
Team Management and Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching to ensure team success
- Foster a results-oriented and collaborative sales culture
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee negotiations and major client engagements to ensure value and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
Business Development and Market Expansion
- Identify and penetrate new markets, accounts, and verticals
- Lead initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth

Prerequisites
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Experience managing regional or national sales teams
