We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage key customer relationships. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and team development.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Analyze sales data to inform strategy and forecast performance
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to exceed targets
- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and support professional development
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Reporting & Collaboration
- Report sales metrics to senior leadership and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are maintained accurately
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in a regional or territory sales management role
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and exceeding targets
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
- Strategic Sales Management certifications
- CRM or sales enablement platform training (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
