We are seeking an experienced and driven Distribution Sales Representative with a strong background in corrugated packaging sales. Position Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Account Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corrugated packaging market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
- Present tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement strategic sales plans.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to target high-potential areas.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments including operations, customer service, and production to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends, pricing strategies, and product development opportunities.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the corrugated packaging or distribution industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
- Packaging Professional Certification
- Sales Management or Business Development certifications
