We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee and coordinate key initiatives across production, engineering, and operations. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing programs from concept through delivery, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities
Program Oversight
- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing programs simultaneously, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate communication between engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to align goals and resolve issues.
- Ensure all departments are working in sync to meet project requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the program lifecycle.
- Conduct regular program reviews to evaluate performance and adapt plans as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive efficiency, cost reductions, and process improvements throughout program execution.
- Leverage data and metrics to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or program management roles
- Proven track record of leading complex programs in a production environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma Certification
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
