Marion Operations Manager Job Opening
- Provide leadership in all areas of maintenance operations and staffing for the facility.
- Organize manufacturing team personnel and equipment to run efficiently for the operations.
- Contribute to the development of long-term financial and operational standards.
- Ensure safe working conditions throughout your operation within the plant.
- Oversee the daily execution of operations within the plant and seek out areas for improvement.
Operations Manager (Marion area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Industrial Manufacturing.
- Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have strong problem solving and communication skills.
