Assign resources to production and development programs as needed.
Develop and manage the systems engineering team through training, assignments, and mentoring.
Support research and development activities by participating in design reviews.
Communicate with stakeholders on topics affecting business and engineering teams.
Assist with yearly budget and resource planning and monthly reviews of each.

Systems Engineer (Baltimore, Maryland) Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline required.
At least 10 years of engineering experience.
Prior experience in the aerospace industry in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of aerospace components such as nacelles, engine build ups, or aerostructures.
Previous experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts.
