- Develop sourcing strategies for machined parts to include local and global suppliers.
- Manage cost down road maps for multiple product lines, focused on machined parts.
- Actively manage machined parts suppliers.
- Develop NPI suppliers for quick turn prototype parts.
- Work with engineering team for NPI project machined part sourcing.
Plant Manager (Chicago area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Expert knowledge of machined parts fabrication and procurement.
- Familiarity with the needs of NPI projects.
- Experience working shifting priorities and moving deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
