- Lead brand development, identifying the market framework for aggressive growth across all business segments.
- Work with operations, e-commerce, finance, and other departments to create offerings and promotions that enhance brand connection.
- Utilize mentorship skills to successfully lead emerging marketing team and agency partners.
- Develop both short and long-term KPIs and analytics across all business lines and programs.
- Organize creative design efforts through agencies, freelancers, and in-house personnel.
Marketing Director (Merrillville area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required for this position.
- At least 5 years of brand marketing experience for a large manufacturer.
- At least 2 years leadership experience in a brand marketing role.
- Demonstrated through understanding of proper Customer Journey strategy execution.
- Excellent communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
