Incorporate strategic planning initiatives and management methods to maximize growth potential.

Directly manage national profit and loss performance through the implementation of best practices.
Build and sustain national revenue through effective sales and customer service strategies.

VP of Field Operations Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role.
At least 10 years of progressive operations experience in a patient-based industry.
Proven ability to achieve profit & loss (P&L) goals successfully and consistently.
Dental implants experience is preferred.
Demonstrated multi-location operations management experience.
