Austin Senior Vice President of Sales Operations Job Opening
- Build and maintain the tools, frameworks, and systems necessary to ensure the right balance of speed, qualitative and quantitative rigor, and individual decision-making.
- Enable streamlined and efficient business processes by supporting strategic alignment, providing tools/templates, and delivering timely business insights.
- Build out and scale analyst team, providing actionable intelligence on sales operations to company leadership and other departments on a consistent and recurring basis (trends, fundamentals, analysis).
- Partner with and provide leadership to Client Services and Finance to establish a global architecture of customer data, supporting the growth of reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Develop globally effective reporting tools and dashboards to enable live reporting of all critical KPI’s in addition to end-of-month and quarterly reporting.
Senior Vice President of Sales Operations (Austin Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B Services related to complex, enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Background in leadership within an acquisitive, high growth, publicly traded or pre-IPO company in an application software or SaaS platform environment.
- Ability to lead and support a diverse, global team, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Track record of collaborating and driving change with executives and C-suite level team members.
