- Responsible for overseeing divisional quality and operations initiatives.
- Constant development and implementation of strategy, business structure, and processes.
- Must have strong communication, leadership, and business acumen skills.
- Provide performance updates on operations and quality to senior executives.
- Expected to work collaboratively with heads of other divisions and department leaders.
General Manager (Tucson Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role.
- Demonstrated history of multi team management.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills are required.
- P&L experience is preferred.
