A prominent manufacturer in the apparel industry is looking for a Director of Sales in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
Philadelphia Director of Sales Job Opening
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach company sales targets.
- Work to help assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify proper selling prices.
- Must be able to prepare sales reports and present them to management and sales team.
- Work to onboard and train new hires as well as helping to motivate sales team to reach company goals.
- Establish a referral network and manage relationships in order to further business opportunities and establish costumer needs.
Director of Sales (Philadelphia Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably selling apparel.
- Strong history of prospecting and closing sales.
- Experience in a sales leadership role managing a sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
