A prominent manufacturer of scientific equipment is looking for a Project Manager in the Rapid City, South Dakota area.
Rapid City Project Manager Job Opening
- Lead the FSCF project team, which includes the construction, design and project managers/engineers as well as construction coordinators.
- Coordinate FSCF construction schedules with post-CF installation.
- Coordinate with Project QA and Procurement managers to ensure that plans are being followed and procurement objectives are being met.
- Participate in project reviews and other project management activities, including monthly reporting to senior-level project meetings.
- Secure management, design and construction staffing resources as required.
Project Manager (Rapid City Area) Job Requirements:
- All applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field from an accredited institution.
- Applicants must have a minimum 20 years’ experience in the management of design and construction involving large heavy/industrial projects.
- Ideal candidates would have experience in managing multiple-organization project teams.
- Applicants should be able to prove ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Applicants need to be willing to work in a high production environment, which can mean working 50+ hours/week including nights and weekends.
