Cambridge Plant Manager Overview:
The Cambridge, Maryland Plant Manager will be responsible for creating and managing the operational strategy of the plant. Most commonly the Maryland Plant Manager will ensure that all plant personnel are operating within compliance with plant and corporate procedures as well as all customer expectations and governmental regulations. The Plant Manager must provide coaching and leadership to subordinates regarding continuous improvement, safety, productivity, and quality. Additionally, the Maryland Plant Manager will be required to assist in the creation and management of operational and capital budgets.
