November 19, 2013–JMJ Phillip, a Global Executive Recruiting Firm, is inspiring companies to partner in supporting Toys for Tots during the 2013 Holiday Season. To raise the stakes and motivate others to give, JMJ Phillip has generously offered to match any toy donations sent to the firm with an equivalent contribution. Toys may be dropped off Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the JMJ Phillip office located at 888 West Big Beaver, Suite 420, Troy, MI 48084.

The recruiting firm is making it easy for everyone to contribute to the cause. JMJ Phillip offers drop boxes placed at customer businesses as a means of collection. Or, arrangements may be made for gift pickups in the Metro Detroit area. A third way to contribute is by posting a picture of a new toy ready to be donated on the JMJ Phillip Facebook or Twitter pages, and it will be matched with an equal gift.
Toys for Tots requires all toys to be new, unwrapped, and in the original package. There is no set age for the toys and all gifts are welcome, but there is usually a higher demand for the older children. Once the toys are collected and presented to the U.S. Marines, they are distributed through churches and social welfare agencies to the children most in need throughout the community. Started by the U.S. Marines in 1947, the Toys for Tots campaign is an annual toy collecting drive that now reaches throughout 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. JMJ Phillip will match up to $2500 in total toys for the 2013 season.
