Prerequisites

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in operations and manufacturing leadership, including multi-site responsibility

  • Estimating and quoting experience is a plus

Manager, Contractor Lead Generation

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Manager, Contractor Lead Generation to lead the development and execution of a best-in-class contractor lead generation program. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow to credentialed contractors while optimizing program metrics, close rates, and market competitiveness. This role may be performed remotely for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a high-performing contractor lead generation program that consistently delivers high-quality leads
  • Establish performance benchmarks to ensure the program is competitive with the best in the construction industry
  • Define monthly lead targets and contractor close-rate goals (with a minimum expected close rate above 50%)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead collaboration between Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Manager of Credentialing and Manager of Contractor Marketing & Communication to align goals and maximize program impact
  • Coordinate marketing strategies including homeowner marketing campaigns to support lead generation efforts

Performance Measurement and Improvement

  • Define and implement program metrics, including contractor close rate tracking
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for ongoing evaluation of program success
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis and market trends

Communication and Value Promotion

  • Create compelling value communication strategies for Field Sales teams and High-Level Credentialed Contractors
  • Promote program benefits and expectations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop messaging and training to support consistent adoption and engagement

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing production, or a related area
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing or building lead generation programs
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with budget management and reporting
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and design best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using web-based fulfillment or asset management tools is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Digital Marketing or Marketing Automation Certification
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)
  • CRM Platform Certification (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
