We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure overall business success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire teams while maintaining a sharp focus on achieving organizational goals. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Align departmental objectives with the overall mission and vision of the company

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources
  • Implement processes to improve productivity and profitability

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop management teams across departments
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment

Financial Performance

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions

Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Represent the company in key negotiations and high-level meetings

Prerequisites

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior management or executive leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading operational and strategic initiatives
  • Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Manager (CM)
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
