Vice President, Global Sourcing

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented vice president of global sourcing to lead procurement and supply chain efforts on a global scale. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize cost, enhance supplier performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable supply across international operations.

The vice president will report to the SVP, global operations within the global operations department.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing Leadership

  • Build and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to expand the international vendor network, particularly in emerging markets
  • Develop and own the corporate supply base strategy and roadmap
  • Align sourcing strategy with corporate programs, projects, and broader organizational goals

Supplier and Partner Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison to internal project teams and joint venture partners on product requirements, lifecycle issues, regulatory support, and supply chain management
  • Negotiate complex supplier contracts focusing on cost, quality, efficiency, and service

Operational and Financial Impact

  • Lead cost and product development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet margin goals
  • Oversee a risk-adjusted portfolio of COGS reduction projects across operations, R&D, supply chain, and product development

Project and Team Leadership

  • Drive cross-functional project teams to develop medical device products using high-quality, low-cost regional suppliers
  • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing and diverse global sourcing team

Market Intelligence and Risk Management

  • Monitor global supplier markets, geopolitical trends, and regulatory landscapes to proactively manage risks and identify opportunities

Supplier Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure effective collaboration with supply chain and logistics to manage supplier development and surveillance focused on product reliability, quality, and cost

Joint Venture Oversight

  • Engage with the JV company in China to shape and influence sourcing strategies for the China-made product line

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science, or physics
  • 15+ years of professional experience in sourcing, manufacturing, supplier quality, or engineering roles
  • 10+ years of increasing leadership experience in sourcing
  • Demonstrated success in driving impactful sourcing strategies and managing global manufacturing relationships
  • Deep knowledge of international labor regulatory standards and supplier performance frameworks
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial and business acumen and a data-driven, KPI-led leadership approach
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems

Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations, sales, and personnel development of a branch location. This role is responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive profitable sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams to achieve operational and financial goals.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement a branch operating plan aimed at sustainable and profitable growth
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and sales development
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with other branches and corporate to enhance performance

Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, coach, and develop branch staff to build a high-performing, engaged team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct
  • Support staff engagement and lead performance evaluations and improvement plans

Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Manage daily operations across sales, warehouse, and administrative functions
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and proper asset utilization
  • Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations for accuracy and efficiency

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Direct inside and outside sales teams to drive revenue through customer acquisition and retention
  • Build strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues proactively
  • Implement outbound marketing and sales campaigns to increase market penetration

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ethical standards
  • Prepare and present performance reports and key metrics to senior leadership
  • Escalate significant issues or opportunities as appropriate

Prerequisites

  • Proven experience in branch management or a leadership role in operations, sales, or customer service
  • Strong background in sales strategy, finance, or logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Certified Branch Manager (CBM), Project Management Professional (PMP)

Industrial Engineer II

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Industrial Engineer II to support manufacturing efficiency through data-driven decision-making and advanced process optimization. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with a strong foundation in industrial or mechanical engineering and a passion for improving throughput and reducing operational constraints. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with throughput modeling, constraint analysis, and production systems evaluation.

Position Responsibilities

Throughput Modeling & Analysis

  • Develop and implement throughput models to optimize production flow
  • Analyze system constraints and recommend process adjustments to improve efficiency
  • Identify performance gaps using data analytics and propose sustainable solutions

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
  • Assist in the design and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Support cost reduction and performance improvement efforts using engineering analysis

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage advanced data analytics tools to interpret large sets of operational data
  • Generate reports and present findings to engineering and leadership teams
  • Monitor key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Technical Collaboration & Documentation

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and planning teams to execute improvement initiatives
  • Document process flows, engineering changes, and project outcomes for future reference
  • Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and compliance standards

Prerequisites

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in constraint analysis and throughput modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in engineering tools, statistical analysis, and data visualization platforms

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)
