Position Responsibilities

PAC/PLC Control Systems

  • Develop and implement automation and control system standards

Prerequisites

  • Experience working with process automation and manufacturing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex technical challenges
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including Pitman Day and Pitman Night shifts

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

  • Certification in Process Automation or a related field is preferred
  • Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or automation systems is a plus

Corporate Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Maintenance Planner to support and optimize maintenance operations across our client’s manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to ensuring effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities using CMMS software and aligning maintenance strategies with operational goals. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from a maintenance environment, strong communication and project management skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. This position involves some travel and plays a key role in driving standardization and efficiency across the organization.

Position Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans and schedules to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work orders
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and histories in CMMS software

CMMS System Management

  • Utilize and optimize CMMS software to track, manage, and analyze maintenance activities
  • Ensure data accuracy and system compliance across all facilities
  • Train users and support ongoing improvements to the system

Project Support & Process Improvement

  • Assist with maintenance-related projects including capital improvements and equipment upgrades
  • Support standardization of maintenance processes and best practices
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with plant leadership and technicians to align maintenance planning with operational priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure proactive planning and execution
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., planning, scheduling, data analysis)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on background in maintenance or reliability engineering is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

  • Project management background or certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with FRACUS methodology preferred but not required
  • Technical certifications related to maintenance or reliability are advantageous
