Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Reliability to lead and enhance reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) efforts as part of a highly collaborative manufacturing environment. Position Responsibilities

Reliability Strategy Development

  • Design and implement robust reliability engineering strategies and maintenance plans
  • Champion reliability-centered maintenance practices aimed at minimizing downtime and improving machine performance

Failure Analysis & Prevention

  • Identify chronic or repetitive equipment failure points and develop solutions using tools such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Conduct safety risk analyses and corrective action planning

Data-Driven Improvement

  • Analyze equipment performance data using CMMS software to identify reliability trends and optimization opportunities
  • Manage cost of repairs, downtime/uptime, and parts inventory using asset management systems

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to align reliability goals and optimize performance
  • Provide technical guidance, support troubleshooting, and assist in process optimization efforts

Process & System Enhancements

  • Improve preventative maintenance and equipment inspection processes
  • Develop troubleshooting guides, standard work instructions, and maintenance procedures
  • Lead Kaizen blitzes, TPM events, and lean manufacturing initiatives to support continuous improvement

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Reliability Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance systems
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
  • Proficiency using CMMS software systems for asset management
  • Practical experience in lean manufacturing tools and reliability methodologies such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Demonstrated success conducting Kaizen or other continuous improvement events
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, mentoring account executives, expanding market presence, and collaborating with other departments to align on business objectives. Position Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Team Leadership & Development

Prerequisites

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
  • Strategic Sales Management Certification
  • Leadership or Management certifications

Position Responsibilities

Product Development & Design

  • Lead complex mechanical design projects from concept to production, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • Use advanced CAD tools to develop detailed mechanical components and systems.
  • Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Engineering Analysis

  • Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and simulations to verify product performance.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address design or production issues.

Project Management

  • Manage engineering projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support product validation and verification activities through testing and documentation.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering continuous learning.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal protocols.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in product development environments
  • Strong proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and engineering analysis software
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • GD&T Certification
  • Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)
