Additionally, he or she will supervise project management staff to ensure they are contributing to company goals and adhering to procedures and processes. For this job, the PMO Manager will report directly to key stakeholders and executives including several department heads and directors to convey the status of program development. Preferably, the PMO Manager will contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO programs by anticipating risks and developing solutions.

PMO Manager (Chicago Area) Job Requirements:
- A four-year degree in an accounting or business administration-related discipline.
- At least seven years of PMO related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Six Sigma Certification is a plus for this job.
